How the audit works.
No black box, and no magic. Six steps from twelve questions to a report you can act on — and every number in it is one you could have found yourself, if you’d had the time. A person reads every report before it is sent; none of this happens on its own.

- 01
You answer twelve questions
Three per section, across the four things we score. It takes a few minutes, and the number fields are optional. If more than one of you takes it, each person gets the twelve their job can actually answer — and where two of you disagree, that gap becomes a finding of its own.
- 02
We read what's public
Your Google Business Profile, your reviews and their dates, where you rank, how fast your site loads, what your public complaints say. The things a careful competitor would already notice.
- 03
We match you against 145 million records
This is the part a person can't do by hand. We hold a business database of about 145 million records and filter it against what you already sell — industry, size, location, the shape of your best job — to produce a real list of the businesses that fit, with names. Where the data is thin on a niche, we source and verify the rest.
- 04
We do the arithmetic
Each section gets a score derived from your answers, not assigned by feel. Every cost figure is annualized and shown with the math. If we can't show the math, we cut the figure.
- 05
We find the one thing
Four gaps is a wish list. We rank them by where the money is actually leaving — on a known schedule — and name the single place to start.
- 06
A person approves it, then you get it
Nothing is sent automatically. We read the report before you do, and it goes out only when someone here is willing to put their name on it. Four sections scored, the arithmetic visible, one thing to do first, and an honest note on what we checked and couldn't judge. Six pages. Reply to it with a question and a person answers — and if you want to act on any of it, we usually go through it together on a call.
Not a chatbot. Three specific jobs.
The intelligence is in three places: matching your profile against millions of records, cross-referencing what’s public about you against what you told us, and doing the arithmetic across four areas at a scale nobody sits down to do by hand. The judgment — what to fix first, what to leave alone — is still ours, and we sign our name to it.
Recommend what you don’t need
If a part of your business is already working, the report says so and leaves it alone. A section we score Solid points you to nothing to buy — including from us.
Invent numbers
Every figure in your report is yours or shown with the arithmetic. If it can’t be sourced, it isn’t there.
Hand you a black box
You can check every line. A score you can’t trace is a score you shouldn’t trust — including ours.
